PCI Compliance and Sales Policies
  • All information is kept confidential.
  • All collected sensitive information is stored in an out-of-traffic (not located in standard :80 or :8080 Web traffic) secure database.
  • We do NOT sell, rent, or otherwise disclose ANY customer information to any other company. Your personal information is ONLY used to procure your sales transaction.

  • Your transaction is procured via our SSL (secure socket layer) online cart; all information is encrypted; and all traffic is via:
  • Any paperwork produced in the procurement of your transaction that includes any credit card information is destroyed according to industry requirements.
  • All charges and subsequent charges are in $USD.
Orders, Delivery & Returns
  • Unless other mutually agreed upon terms and established between Customer and Company, all products are shipped via USPS Priority with 2-3 business day delivery. All orders are processed within 24 hours of the time of receipt.

Shopping Cart Ordering Instructions
Step 1 : Selecting a product
  • Enter the shop by clicking the HOME button, above.
  • Select a product category by clicking on a product category name in the menu in the left column of the screen.
  • Select a product from the product category display by clicking on the specific product image or the BUY NOW button.
  • On each page you also have the possibility to SEARCH for a specific product.
Step 2 : Ordering a product
  • If there are product options available, such as size or color, they will be displayed as selectable items in a box title PRODUCT OPTIONS.
  • Below the product image you can enter the quantity you wish to order.
  • If you want to change the order Quantity click on the default number 1, use the BACKSPACE on your keyboard to delete the number 1 and enter the quantity you want to order.
  • Add the product to your shopping cart by clicking on the ADD TO CART button.
Step 3 : Using the Shopping Cart
  • After pressing the ADD TO CART button or the CART button you will enter the Shopping Cart.
  • Continue by clicking the CHECKOUT button or the RESUME SHOPPING button, do not use the back or forward button in your browser!
  • To change the quantity of an item in the cart, click in the quantity field, use BACKSPACE on your keyboard and enter the correct order quantity click RE-TOTAL.
  • To delete an item click on the button X in the quantity column.
  • To purchase more products click on the RESUME SHOPPING button.
  • When you are finishing shopping, proceed to the checkout process by clicking on the CHECKOUT button.
Step 4 : Checking Out
  • If you already have an account with us click on the ACCOUNT HOLDERS button:
    • Enter your username
    • Enter your password
    • Continue by clicking on the CONTINUE button
  • If you do not have an account with us click on the NON-ACCOUNT HOLDERS button:
    • Enter a username and a password to make future on-line purchases faster, this option is not required but will save you a lot of time the next time you would like to purchase one of our products.
    • You DO NOT have to have an account with us to purchase products
    • Enter the billing address (fields marked with an asterisk are required)
    • If the shipping adress is different from the billing address, complete the shipping address fields
    • Enter your Credit Card Information (fields marked with an asterisk are required)
    • Continue by clicking on the CONTINUE button
Step 5 : Sending Your Order
  • Review your order information carefully.
  • Enter any comments you may have for us, about special shipping arrangements, or just comments about you buying experience on our web site.
  • If everything looks ok, press SEND to send the order to us.
  • Account holders will also be given the opportunity to edit their account information by pressing the EDIT ACCOUNT INFO button:
    • Make any desired changes to your account information
    • When you are finished press the SAVE CHANGES button to save the changes to our database and return to the checkout page
    • Press the DON'T SAVE CHANGES button to abandon any changes you have made
    • Continue by clicking on the CONTINUE button
  • The shopping cart produces a receipt for your convenience, to print the receipt click on the print button on your browser.
  • You will also receive a receipt via email.
